Currently, Steve leads two complementary ventures—Overwatch Risk 360 and Overwatch Capital—focused on advancing security and resilience on a global scale. These ventures deliver world-class risk management solutions and support the disruptive technologies shaping the future of global security, enterprise defense, emergency response, and humanitarian aid.

Steve resides in Nassau, Bahamas, and is dedicated to enhancing security and humanitarian aid efforts in The Bahamas and neighboring Caribbean countries. By fostering long-term resilience and providing life-saving aid when needed most, Steve significantly impacts the region.

He serves on various profit and non-profit boards, including the Friends of Public Hospitals Authority (PHA) Bahamas Foundation and supports the Equestrian Bahamas Team. Steve is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Bahamas Chapter and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
